Indo/Italiano Cuisine?

Naan Pizza is easy and quick.  Kids love it, and so do I.  Grab some Naan from your favorite Grocery store (or make your own).  Treat it like a pizza dough by putting sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings.  At my house we use Pesto, Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato, Pepperoni and Fresh Basil for a classic meat margherita pizza.  Everyone gets their own (or two).  Preheat the oven to 400 and put the pizzas directly on the rack for 12-15 minutes.  Serve with Chianti or Virgil’s Root Beer.
